Age spots vanish!

Intense Pulsed Light or IPL™ is a non-invasive technology that targets certain issues in the skin. Photorejuvenation is used to treat skin problems including age spots, sun damage, birthmarks, hyperpigmentation problems from medications, vascular problems such as broken capillaries, spider veins, rosacea, and scars. The heat energy from the light is absorbed into those targeted areas causing a destruction of those lesions.

Most lesions can be effectively treated in 3-5 sessions. During the treatment a cold gel is applied to the skin to act as a barrier. The hand piece delivers pulses of light over the area being treated. There is some slight discomfort with the procedure but it does not require any type of anesthetic. There is usually some redness and occasional bruising from the procedure but you may resume your normal activities that day. By dividing the treatments into sessions, the procedure provides gradual improvement with the "no down time" feature that so many people enjoy.

Photorejuvenation using IPL can treat a wide range of skin disorders safely and effectively without the risks of surgery.
