Spring Forward
After enduring a harsh year full of uncertainty, it’s time for a fresh start! We hope you will use the ideas in this newsletter to help shake off the winter blues and embrace this new season as an opportunity to make changes that lead to better health.

NATURAL PMS SOLUTIONS
Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) is a group of changes and symptoms that occur one to two weeks before a woman’s menstrual period. The cause of the symptoms is physical, but the changes can also be emotional and behavioral. Common symptoms include bloating, headaches, acne, tender breasts, weight gain, food cravings, fatigue, irritability and mood changes.

THE BIRDS AND THE BEES
Achieving optimum reproductive health is often more complicated than simply adding a prenatal vitamin to your daily routine. When you schedule a visit with A Woman’s View, we can share information and strategies that help you and your partner increase fertility, conceive, and maintain a healthy pregnancy.

PROVIDER SPOTLIGHT
We recognize Dr. Lauren Hill! Lauren joined A Woman's View in 2019. She has a deep and abiding love for JRR Tolkien's works. She hasn't read them all, but she is working on it! In her "imaginary free time," she likes to play the piano. She played a lot in high school and is trying to get back into it (her focus at the moment is Hamilton!).
