Exercise advice

A partir del segundo trimestre, evite hacer ejercicio físico estando recostada sobre su espalda, porque el peso del bebé puede afectar su circulación sanguínea, según recomienda la American Academy of Family Physicians (Academia Estadounidense de Médicos de Familia). Evite que su temperatura corporal se eleve en exceso al hacer ejercicio. Use un ventilador si se ejercita en un espacio cerrado. Si se ejercita al aire libre, hágalo temprano por la mañana o cerca del anochecer si el clima es cálido.
